"Return to Operations Message from the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) to HUD Inspectors and HUD Contract Inspectors:

As HUD closely monitor the evolving impact of COVID-19, we are implementing ongoing measures to ensure the health and safety of our inspectors and staff. As more jurisdictions across the country emerge from the COVID-19 crisis, the Office of Public and Indian Housing, (PIH) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) is preparing to expand physical inspections activities.

The current plan is to increase physical inspections activities within the next 30 days. HUD's leadership is currently engaged with CDC officials and others to adjust its guidance accordingly and communicate any updates as circumstances change.

Start Time: 11:30 A.M. EST until 4:00 P.M. EST

All documentation will be emailed prior to the start of the webinar.
